Access Community Group (ACG) is a community based not for profit organisation dedicated to providing high quality employment, training, support services and enterprise development in the Illawarra, South Coast and Southern Highlands in NSW. ACG has a long history of promoting equity, addressing social injustice, and community development through the delivery of services focused on addressing personal, social and employment disadvantages in the Illawarra since 1986. ACG provides a valuable service to the community acting as an agent in the reduction of unemployment and social disadvantage.

The organisation currently delivers a number of exceptionally successful programs including the Personal Support Program; Youth Pathways; Green Corps; is a Registered Training Organisation; as well as delivering other intervention or development programs such as the Juvenile Justice Voluntary Post Release Program (VPRSS) and vocational training courses.
